Challenge Mode is the primary source of powder with auto match giving some ~350 per completed run.
Sierra Sacks, obtained as a rare drop from the first floor of the Unknown Sanctuary yield 2,500 powder on use.
Players can exchange Nucle Powder into sierra at a 300:100 exchange rate through the Goddess Ingredient Exchange Helper in Klaipeda.
