HR Corpse dolls drop from the hard mode version of the Turbulent Core - Reservoir of Corruption raid. These dolls on their own only serve as a marketable reward from the raid until converted into their usable Processed Corrupt Corpse Doll variant by right-clicking.
Once processed, Processed HR Corrupt Corpse Doll can be used in the Evolution and enhancement of Reservoir Weapons beyond ENH 21 through the Goddess Equipment Management UI.
