Giltine’s Crown of Thorns (Res Sacrae) is obtained at the end of Episode 13-1 from the ‘What Giltine Left Behind’ Quest. When equipped, the RP bar is added to your character UI, and you gain access to the common skill Res Sacrae Liberation. The effect and costs of Res Sacrae Liberation changes based on which Cyan and Magenta are equipped on your crown, whilst Black Gems are always active passive bonuses.

RP does not regenerate naturally and must be recharged through the use of Ectonite, which can be obtained from Demonic Sanctuary, Blockade Battle: Demonic Sanctuary reward pouches, or bought in the Goddess Token Shop (Gabija). Players may set Ectonite to automatically recharge when they visit a town via an in-game setting.

Leveling the Crown

Giltine’s crown has its own menu that can be accessed by clicking the arrow over its equipment slot icon (while it is equipped). Inside this menu players have the option to recharge their RP, level their crown, and equip gems. You can increase the level of the crown by using Purified Breath of Power in the [EXP] menu. Purified Breath of Power is created by right-clicking Breath of Power and consuming certain materials, and each Purified BoP provides 50 exp.

Purifying Breath of Power

Purifying breath of power can be initiated by right-clicking Breath of Power in your inventory. For each Purified Breath of Power you’ll need the Base Material, a Catalyst Material and a Coupon Material.

Leveling Res Sacrae Gems

You can visit the Pyromancer’s Lab in Klaipeda to develop your res sacrae gems. Some of the Pyromancer’s functions are also available through the Equipment Storage.

<aside> ⚠️ Be wary when registering and generating gems with your Equipment Storage. Level transfer to and from these gems is disabled.

When failing to level your gem, you will be given a 5% of the base chance as an adjusted probability bonus.
