Boruta Seals are the strongest seals in the game, giving powerful bonuses with the base seal, and unlocking Dragon Strength as the seal is leveled. Each variety of Boruta seal can only be equipped by its respective class.
Common Boruta Seals can be equipped by all classes at the cost of some class specialty losses. Looking at the chart below you’ll see the most noticeable changes between class specific and common seals in the Stage 2 and Stage 4 effects.
Common seals are created through [Teliavelis’s Disciple] Naujoves by combining any class specific seal at any stage with 30 Medal of Honor: Boruta. The common seal given will be of the same stage.

Seals can be enhanced through Teliavelis, the Fedimian Blacksmith, by combining seals of the same stage, Magic Stones, and Silver. When enhancing seals, the main seal (first one added to the window) will keep its class typing as it is leveled.

Unknown Sanctuary is the primary source of Boruta seals. Both floors drop Boruta Seal Fragments, while the 2nd floor has a rare drop of Boruta Seal Selection Boxes.
Blockade Battle: Sulivinas Lair guild mission/blockade provides varying quantities of seals. Guilds are awarded a number of cubes and pouches with varying chances of yielding a stage 1 seal.
Weekly Boss Raid Cubes and Kedoran Merchant Alliance’s Mysterious Cubes have a rare chance of producing a random Boruta Seal.
